2 c. fresh corn
3/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c. whipping cream
1 large egg, beaten
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Garnish; red pepper strips
Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients.
Spoon into 4 lightly greased custard cups.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Garnish if desired.
