Japanese Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    4 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 c. milk
    2 tsp. lemon extract
    2 tsp. spices (cinnamon, allspice)
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. nuts
    1 coconut grated
    2 lemons grated and juiced
    2 c. sugar
    2 - 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Mix 2 c. sugar, butter, and then add eggs, one at a time. Add flour and milk, nuts and raisins.
    Take half of batter and pour into pans.
    Then put spices in the other half batter and bake until firm at 350\u00b0.
