Summer Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    yellow summer squash
    1 small can evaporated milk
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    3 Tbsp. chopped onions
    2 tsp. parsley flakes
    salt, pepper and sugar
    1/2 c. oleo
    1 c. soda cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Butter
    casserole dish or spray with Pam.
    Peel squash; cut in chunks.
    Cook, drain and mash.
    Add next 8 ingredients to squash mix.
    Melt oleo.
    Mix cracker crumbs with oleo.
    Add some to mixture.
    Pour in casserole and sprinkle rest on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
