Sweet Potato Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 medium sweet potatoes
2 large eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 sticks margarine
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 tsp. lemon flavoring
spices (if desired)
Preparation

Boil potatoes; drain and peel.
Add butter.
Beat well.
Mix in sugar, eggs, milk and flavorings and spices.
Pour in pie crust (use deep), then bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
