Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes
    onions
    American cheese
    Mozzarella cheese
    butter to taste
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Peel and slice potatoes.
    Slice onions.
    Use sliced or grated cheese.
    Layer potatoes, onions, cheeses, butter, salt and pepper in that order.
    Keep adding layers until casserole dish is full or enough for a meal.
    Cover dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 approximately 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
