Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. pecans
    1/2 c. raisins
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. coconut
    unbaked 9-inch crust
Preparation
    Melt butter; add sugar and eggs.
    Beat good.
    Add pecans, raisins, coconut and vinegar.
    Mix well.
    Pour into unbaked 9-inch crust.
    Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Cool.
