Finger Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round steak
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    1 c. flour
    2 to 3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    pinch of pepper
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
Preparation
    Cut steak into bite size pieces; set aside.
    Mix all other ingredients.
    Put steak pieces into batter.
    Let stand 2 to 3 hours.
    Deep fry until brown.
