Breakfast Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs, beaten well
    2 c. milk
    2 slices bread, cut into small cubes
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 lb. mild sausage, bulk type
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain off grease.
    Put milk in large bowl. Add beaten eggs and mustard.
    Mix well.
    Add cubed bread, cheese and sausage. Pour into 8 x 12-inch baking dish.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Let stand 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
