Roman Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1 egg
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. sliced apples
1/2 c. nuts

Preparation

Cream sugar and shortening.
Add egg.
Add dry ingredients. Add milk and vanilla.
