Mary Scott'S Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. cloves
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 2/3 c. evaporated milk (large can)
    1 1/2 c. pumpkin
    9-inch unbaked crust
Preparation
    Blend sugar, spices and salt.
    Beat eggs with milk.
    Add sugar mixture and blend until smooth.
    Add pumpkin and continue to blend until smooth.
    Pour in pie shell.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 250\u00b0 and bake 35 minutes.
    Pie is done when knife comes out clean.
    Cool before serving.
