Cottage Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    instant mashed potatoes for 6
    3/4 c. creamed cottage cheese
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. chopped chives
    dash of pepper
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Prepare instant mashed potatoes according to package directions for 6 servings, omitting milk and salt.
    Fold in cottage cheese, Cheddar cheese, chives and pepper. Spoon into buttered casserole dish and dot with butter. Bake 25 minutes.
    Serves 4.
