Hot Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. milk
    2 1/2 oz. chopped dried beef
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. onion flakes
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. crushed pecans (optional)
Preparation
    Saute the pecans in with butter.
    Place the remaining ingredients into a small bowl and mix. Form into balls, then pour mix into a casserole dish. Spread nuts over the top.
    Set oven on bake at 350\u00b0 and bake for 20 minutes.
    Serve. Serve with celery sticks, sliced carrots and crackers.
