Fresh Strawberry Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. strawberries, washed and sliced
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 2/3 c. sugar
1 stick margarine
1 c. flour
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Put margarine in an 8 or 9-inch square baking dish.
Put in oven until melted.
Toss strawberries with 2/3 cup of the sugar and lemon juice.
In separate bowl, mix together all other ingredients.
Pour that mixture
over margarine.
Take strawberries by spoonfuls and drop over mixture. Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
Serve warm with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
Serves 6 to 9.
