Ingredients

1/3 c. butter or margarine, softened
1/3 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1 (13.5 oz.) pkg. wild blueberry muffin mix
1 (8.5 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease square
pan, 9 x 9 x 2-inches.
Mix butter, sugar and coconut; set aside.
Prepare muffin mix as directed on
package
except fold in crushed pineapple. Pour into pan.
Spoon
coconut
mixture
evenly
over
batter. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Serves 9.
