Shrimp Quiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent rolls
    4 oz. small cooked shrimp
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. minced green onion
    1/4 tsp. dill seed
    1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/2 c. whipping cream
    1/2 tsp. salt (scant)
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Separate rolls into 2 equal pieces.
    Cut in half.
    Press into small muffin tins.
    Divide shrimp.
    Blend all ingredients.
    Divide among shells.
    Sprinkle cheese over each.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 20 minutes or until brown.
    Cool and freeze.
    When you want to serve them, place the frozen quiche on baking sheet and reheat for 15 minutes.
    Makes 24 servings.
