Irish Coffee Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk
1 egg, separated
1 pt. whipping cream
1 Tbsp. instant coffee
2 Tbsp. Irish whiskey
1 baked and cooled (9-inch) pie shell or prepared crumb crust
Preparation

Place gelatin, sugar and salt in saucepan; add milk and stir until well blended.
Place over low heat and cook, stirring constantly, until sugar and gelatin are dissolved.
