Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
4 eggs, beaten
1 small box chopped broccoli, thawed
1 c. cottage cheese
1 stick oleo, melted
1 small onion, chopped

Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch ovenproof dish.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
