Green Beans In Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 1/2 c. canned tomatoes, sieved
1 c. boiling water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. chopped parsley
1 lb. green beans
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Heat olive oil and garlic in a skillet until garlic is lightly browned.
Add tomatoes
and water slowly.
Stir in 1/2 teaspoon salt, pepper, oregano and parsley. Bring to boiling. Cover and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
