Pineapple Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cans pineapple chunks or tidbits (undrained)
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2/3 c. sugar
    8 Tbsp. self-rising flour
    1 stack Ritz crackers
    1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Mix together pineapple, juice, cheese, sugar and flour.
    Put in baking dish.
    Crush crackers and mix with melted margarine. Pour over top of mixture; bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
