Ginger Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. gingersnaps
    Cool Whip
    1 c. pecan halves
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Crush gingersnaps not too fine; mix enough Cool Whip to form balls.
    Use pecan half as a center; form ball around it with the gingersnap mixture.
    Roll in confectioners sugar; chill overnight. Next morning, roll in sugar again if they look moist.
