Pinecrest Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. ground beef
    3 (16 oz.) cans Brooks chili beans
    2 (16 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato juice
    chili powder
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    1/8 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Cook meat and drain.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 4 to 6 hours.
    Add liquid if chili thickens too much (juice or water).
    Serves approximately 30.
