Cinder Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Oreo cookies, crumbled
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1/2 gal. ice cream (vanilla), semi-soft
    1 container Cool Whip
    2 small pkg. pecan pieces
    Hershey's syrup (chocolate)
Preparation
    Mix crumbled Oreos and mix with melted butter.
    Spread in bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    (Reserve some crumbled Oreos for top of cake.)
    Spread softened ice cream over Oreo cookie mixture.
    Spoon and spread Cool Whip over ice cream.
    Pour or drizzle desired amount of chocolate syrup on top.
    Swirl with knife.
    Freeze for 2 hours and cut into squares.
    Sprinkle left over Oreos and pecan pieces on top.
