Cynthia'S Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 boneless chicken breasts
1 Tbsp. cooking oil
Italian seasonings
garlic powder
salt and pepper
1 can tomato sauce (8 oz.)
1 small onion, sliced thin
1 green pepper, cut into thin slices or strips
Preparation

Brown chicken breasts in small amount of cooking oil, turning to cook and brown evenly.
Sprinkle with Italian seasonings, garlic powder, salt and pepper (amount to taste.)
Pour can of tomato sauce evenly over chicken.
Sprinkle sliced onion and green pepper strips over chicken.
Put lid on pan and cook over low heat approximately 30 to 35 minutes (or until done).
