Apple Pie Or Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 yellow cake mix
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. butter or margarine
2 1/2 c. cooked apples
1/2 c. sugar, mixed with 2 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg
1 c. sour cream

Preparation

Mix sugar and cinnamon and apples together.
Put on crust. Beat egg and sour cream together.
Pour this mixture over apples and bake 25 minutes at 250\u00b0.
