Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium zucchini
    4 medium tomatoes
    1 large onion
    1 large green pepper
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. butter
    2 c. mozzarella cheese, grated
    1/2 c. parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Slice zucchini 1/2 inch thick.
    Thinly slice tomatoes, onion and pepper.
    Layer 1/2 of above in buttered two quart casserole. Sprinkle with 1/2 of cheese.
    Repeat and cover casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Remove cover and bake for 10 minutes longer.
