Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. bread
    4 c. cold milk
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    4 eggs, beat separately
    2 tsp. vanilla
    raisins to taste (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine bread and milk.
    Cook for 15 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Add raisins, if desired. Pour into glass baking dish.
    Bake for 1 hour.
