Chicken Taco Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can enchilada sauce
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    4 c. diced and cooked chicken or turkey
    6 to 8 oz. corn chips, coarsely crushed
    1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Blend enchilada sauce and soup.
    Stir in chicken and onion. Grease a 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle with half of the corn chips.
    Pour chicken mixture over.
    Sprinkle with cheese, then remaining chips.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
