Papa J'S Brunswick Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 lb. beef (with some fat)
8 lb. pork (lean)
2 hens (chicken)
5 (No. 2) cans corn
5 qt. tomatoes
4 large onions
1 qt. bread crumbs
6 lemons
6 bottles ketchup (more or less)
1/2 lb. butter (more or less)
salt and pepper
Tabasco sauce
a little red hot pepper

Preparation

Cook meat, then grind meat, corn, tomatoes and onions.
Then add other ingredients. Cook slowly until done.
