Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. plain flour
3 c. apples (not cooked)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 c. pecans

Preparation

Mix oil, sugar and eggs. Add flour, salt and soda (keep a little mixture to put on top of cake when cooking).
Mix all ingredients with nuts and apples. Bake in tube pan at 350\u00b0 for about 1 1/2 hours.
