Country Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 slightly beaten whole eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 unbaked pie shell
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Heat milk (until steam rises).
    Mix milk with remainder of ingredients; pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Sprinkle more nutmeg lightly on top.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 30 more minutes.
