Barbecue Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked potatoes
    1/4 lb. sharp cheese, shredded
    2 Tbsp. pimento
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    3 Tbsp. oleo
    1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1/4 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Slice potatoes; arrange in baking dish.
    Heat milk and add other dry ingredients that have been mixed to a paste.
    Cook over low heat until thickened.
    Add some of the cheese.
    Leave enough to put on top.
    Put in oven and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour or until light brown and bubbly.
