Vegetable Marinade - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. chopped parsley
1 to 2 leaves fresh basil, minced or 1/2 tsp. dried
Preparation

Mix ingredients.
Beat well to blend.
May be used over hot cooked vegetables or to dress up cold vegetables.
