Potatoes Romanoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium potatoes
1 c. sour cream
1 1/4 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
4 green scallions, sliced
paprika
Preparation

Cook potatoes with jackets until tender.
Peel and shred. Combine with sour cream, onions, 3/4 cup cheese, salt and pepper. Turn mixture into a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese and paprika.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
