Cocktail Sausages - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (32 oz.) jar grape jelly
    1 c. mustard
    1 1/2 pkg. polish sausage, cut in 1/4-inch slices
Preparation
    Cut off ends of polish sausage.
    Set crock-pot on high and melt jelly and mustard.
    Turn to medium.
    Add sausages and cook until darkened.
