Summer Sausage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. hamburger
2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
1 1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 c. Tender Quick
1 1/2 tsp. onion powder
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours. Roll into 4 (1 pound) rolls and bake on broiler rack (so grease can drain off) in oven for 50 minutes at 300\u00b0.
Can use deer meat with a little hamburger or sausage.
