Potatoes Au Gratin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 or 5 large potatoes
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Peel and cut potatoes into slices.
Place in 6 cups of water, along with butter and salt.
Bring to boil, then reduce heat and cook until tender.
Drain.
Place potatoes in baking dish.
Add Cheddar cheese and bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
