Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Minute rice
    3/4 c. water
    1 can cream of celery or cream of chicken soup
    6 to 8 servings of chicken
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
Preparation
    Mix 2 cups Minute rice with 3/4 cup water and 1 can of soup. Put in bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Lay chicken on top.
    Don't overlap or the chicken won't brown.
    Sprinkle 1 package onion soup mix over chicken.
    Cover loosely with aluminum foil.
    Bake for 2 hours in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    If using boneless, skinless chicken, cook for 1 hour.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
