Pork Chops And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    4 to 6 potatoes, peeled and sliced into 1/4-inch slices
    1/4 c. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 stick margarine, 1/4 c. melted
    1 can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Spray a 12 x 8-inch dish with cooking spray.
    Layer potatoes, flour, salt and pepper in 2 to 3 layers.
    Flour pork chops and lay on top of potatoes.
    Pour milk over all.
    Cover tightly and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Uncover and place under broiler until browned.
