Ranchero Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 slices bacon, diced
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
3/4 c. grated Velveeta cheese
1 (4 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms
2 (12 oz.) cans Mexican corn
Preparation

Fry bacon until cooked, but not brown. Drain excess fat. Stir in drained mushrooms and onions. Saute until onion is tender. Blend in corn (drained) and heat through. Sprinkle with cheese. Heat until cheese is melted.
