Landing Zone Party Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
2/3 c. Carnation milk
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. mustard (brown)
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. American cheese, shredded
1 loaf French bread
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1 egg
3/4 tsp. Accent
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Mix all ingredients (except bread) together in a bowl.
Cut French bread lengthwise and spread mixture onto both halves.
Wrap in foil and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes or longer if desired.
Open foil at top during last 5 minutes to expose meat mixture for browning.
Serves 4.
