Deli-In-A-Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. corned beef, cooked and cut into pieces
    14 oz. sauerkraut
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
    1/2 c. Thousand Island dressing
    3 oz. Swiss cheese, cut into strips
Preparation
    Mix corned beef, sauerkraut and water in large skillet.
    Bring to a full boil. Stir in rice.
    Pour dressing over rice and top with cheese.
    Cover;
    remove from heat.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    You may also use knockwurst in place of the corned beef.
