Biscotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    3 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. anise extract/powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts (1/2 c. walnuts, 1/2 c. almonds)
Preparation
    Add sugar to beaten eggs; beat well.
    Add remaining ingredients; mix well but do not overbeat.
    Spoon batter on greased cookie sheet, forming 3 rows lengthwise.
    Bake 18 minutes at 375\u00b0. Remove loaves from oven and cut into 1/2-inch slices.
    Lay slices flat on cookie sheet and return to oven to brown lightly:
    5 minutes at 350\u00b0, turn, and then 5 minutes more at 350\u00b0.
