Uncle Charlie'S Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. sherry (medium-dry Taylor)
3 cloves garlic (whole)

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in shallow dish.
Place London Broil in marinade and let sit for 2 days, turning twice a day to coat both sides.
When cooking, baste with the sauce.
