Watergate Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. lite Cool Whip
    1 can mandarin oranges (buy Del Monte)
    1 (16 oz.) lite fruit cocktail
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 box instant pistachio pudding
Preparation
    Stir thawed Cool Whip and dry pudding together until \"green\" is fully absorbed.
    Drain all fruit.
    Stir in fruit.
    Refrigerate. Three to 6 grams of fat per serving.
