Country Hash(Easy Main Dish) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium to large white potato (1 per person), raw, cubed and peeled
1/2 c. cooked meat (beef, lamb or ham) per person, cubed
fresh chopped onion to suit
large hunk butter
salt and pepper
Preparation

Use large skillet.
Cover meat and potatoes with milk.
Cook on low heat.
Cover, low boil (as milk will boil over).
Cook until milk reduces and is absorbed, about 45 minutes (keep watch). Press together; light brown crust will form.
Excellent use of leftover meats.
