Caesar Bean And Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. red wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. anchovy paste
    4 medium new potatoes, scrubbed, cut in 1/2-inch cubes and cooked until tender
    1 (16 oz.) can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
    1 rib celery with leaves, thinly sliced
    1 large carrot, shredded
    1/3 c. packed fresh parsley, finely chopped
Preparation
    Whisk first 5 ingredients in a large bowl until blended.
    Add remainder of ingredients and toss to mix and coat.
