Mom'S Green Pea Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen peas, cooked and drained
1 stick oleo, melted
2 onions, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced thin
1 can mushroom soup
1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 pkg. Pepperidge Farm Herb seasoned stuffing (dry)
Preparation

Saute onions and celery in margarine.
Combine all ingredients and heat thoroughly on top of stove, then pour into casserole dish.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Cover casserole with Pepperidge Farm dry stuffing mix.
Put a little butter in dots on top of dry crumbs.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until well browned.
