Zesty Salad Cocktail - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. tomato juice
    1 medium tomato, quartered
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/4 green pepper, seeded and diced
    1 rib celery, cut up
    1/2 cucumber, peeled and cut up
    1/4 tsp. Worcestershire
    5 drops hot pepper sauce
    1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in blender with 1 cup ice cubes and whirl until thoroughly blended.
    Makes 4 cups, about 30 calories per cup.
