Pork Chops And Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 thick pork chops
    1/3 c. water
    1/2 c. celery
    1/2 c. onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. bread crumbs
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 can water
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in oil.
    Place in baking dish.
    In small pan simmer water, butter, onion and celery until tender.
    Pour in bowl with bread crumbs.
    Fluff up.
    Spoon over pork chops evenly, then mix mushroom soup and 1/2 can water.
    Pour over mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour with foil covering dish.
    Remove foil and bake for 1/2 hour longer.
