Minestrone Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. chicken stock
    3 qt. water
    1 Tbsp. beef bouillon
    1 Tbsp. chicken bouillon
    1 lb. cooked ham, diced
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. celery, diced
    2 c. shredded cabbage
    1 c. carrots, diced
    1 1/2 c. green beans
    1 c. rutabaga, diced
    2 c. potatoes, diced
    3 1/2 c. canned tomatoes and juice
    1 c. frozen peas
    2 c. red kidney beans
    1 1/2 c. broken raw spaghetti
Preparation
    In a large stock pot, bring to boil chicken stock, water, beef bouillon, chicken bouillon and cooked ham.
    Saute in 3 tablespoons oil and add to meat and stock:
    garlic, onion, parsley, basil, bay leaf and pepper.
    Add celery, cabbage, carrots, green beans, rutabaga, potatoes and canned tomatoes and juice.
    Simmer 1 hour covered.
    Add frozen peas, red kidney beans and spaghetti.
    Simmer 30 minutes.
    Remove bay leaf.
